It is important to us to use the highest quality ingredients for all of our dishes. We cook with fresh regional produce, and prefer to use ingredients which are from trusted Austrian suppliers or even sourced locally. We are happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements as best we can. Please simply inform us of your special wishes.
