Cancellation conditions
Our general cancellation conditions are as follows:
- from 21 days befor arrival: free of charge
- from 14 days befor arrival: 50 % of the total price
- from 7 days before arrival: 90 % of the total price
We recommend that you take out travel insurance, e.g. with the Europäische Reiseversicherung.
Arrival & departure
Parking: Free parking spaces are available for cars and buses (partly covered).

Payment information
Our prices are per person / night including the Zollwirt inclusive services plus visitor's tax.
